send one brief, get back a scope and a start date — usually the same week

Tell us the product, the buyer, and the queries you'd like to own. We read every message ourselves and reply with an honest scope, a price, and a date we can begin — no discovery deck, no chasing.

Prefer to talk it through? Call (442) 866-2488, Mon–Fri 9:30am–4:30pm.

01 How soon can you start?

Once we've agreed a scope, most projects begin the same week. The editorial calendar retainer runs on a monthly rhythm, so we'll usually slot you into the next planning cycle rather than mid-month.

02 Do you only work with B2B software teams?

Yes — that narrow lane is deliberate. Every article we've written has been for software buyers, so we already know the vocabulary, the buying committee, and the difference between a first-touch explainer and a bottom-of-funnel comparison page.

03 What do you need from me to get going?

Your product, who buys it, and a sense of the queries you want to own. Access to your CMS and analytics helps, but isn't required to scope the work. You approve every brief before a single word is written.

04 Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Articles start at $385 each and the page teardown is a one-time $1,150. The editorial calendar is a monthly retainer at $2,600, but you can begin with a single article or an audit and step up when the work proves itself.

05 How do you invoice?

By bank transfer or card via invoice. Retainers are billed at the start of each month; one-off pieces and audits are invoiced on delivery. No long lock-ins buried in fine print.
